I want to hear about what you signed up for a consultation and what you are looking to achieve. We'll discuss what you can expect out of coaching, and we'll do a micro coaching session so that you can get a feel for what coaching is like. If I am not the right fit, I will do my best to help find a coach/leadership consultant that is.
